This conviction has guided my 20+ years navigating both public and private sectors, where I've specialized in strategic planning, organizational change management, and product leadership. From my earliest experiences helping my dad launch his business while putting my brother through school, I learned that when you take care of people, everything else falls into place.
This philosophy was put to the ultimate test at one of the world's leading tech companies, where I transformed a struggling global initiative by stopping managing and starting connecting. By giving team members space to apply their expertise and making stakeholders feel truly heard, we achieved something remarkable—including gaining enthusiastic support from an international team without even asking.
